Strengths - Part 2
What a generic, boring photo. I’m out the door, so this is the best I found.
I decided, for my own benefit, I am going to do a mini-series on my strengths. By strengths, I mean the things I am naturally good at; the things that I do without thinking; the things that make me feel like I am operating “in pocket” with what I was created for.
My first was that I love details; in a macro/micro sort of way. Not minutia - I hate minutia. But understanding how every single mechanism works within a project, company, or equation - and then how those mechanisms fit into the broad/big picture.
The second strength is that I love connecting. Be it ideas, people, relationships, opinions, teams - I connect very well. It’s a no-brainer. I can do it in my sleep. I can see what most people can’t.
